We yard saled(sp) like crazy this weekend which left little time to make breakfast. Leave it up to the kids to take over. Carlee is never one to do things part way. She got out aprons that were our Grandma Johnson's so they were quite big, and "chiefs" hats. I tried to pick something easy which was toast. Soon the neighbor girl Issy and RJ were helping. Carlee got the bright idea of squishing whole strawberries onto the bread. Thank goodness the strawberries held firm or I may not have been able to eat it. The amount of butter alone made me realize that sometimes moms do things just for their kids.
